WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher on our team, your friendly customer service is what makes our clients happy to do business with us. We need a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, entering purchase orders, processing invoices, and dispatching technicians. But, really, it's not what you will do, but how you will do it. You will need to be proactive--seeing what needs to be done and doing it. Under your watch, the office should be clean and organized. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be excited to have you join us!
